The JPI Cultural Heritage and Global Change (JPI CH) condemns, in the strongest terms, the unprovoked war waged by Russia on Ukraine, a free and independent European state. It expresses its support to the Ukrainian people in these hours of fear, suffering and despair and its admiration for their courage and dignity. The JPI CH also joins in the support to those who, in Russia and in Belarus, often at the risk of their lives, speak out and demonstrate against this aggression. The JPI CH will do its utmost to help Ukrainian researchers and all those involved in the cultural heritage sector.
